How else could I monitor myself through the headphones while recording over the backing track? I'd like to in this case NOT use a mic'd amplifier for noise reasons. However I can't monitor myself directly pluged into the tascam us122l interface being processed by GR4 while recording over the backing track because of the latency! Guitar rig 4 has given me an awsome ACDC sound i'm looking for.
I want to do let's say some acdc covers and play over an imported backing track into sonar. A PC lots of ram, dual core, 64bit windows 7 with sonar 8PE. Ederol PCR-500 (great little midi keyboard/controller!) Tascam US122L audio interface, various entry level and mid range Mic's SM-57's AKG 420's, e609's ect. Hey guys, I'v been recently been wanting to get some recording done, some youtube video's of my guitar playing over backing tracks ect. Help setting up my PV14 mixer to monitor myself for recording into sonar 8
